Our Story

PFS is a locally owned and operated company with our headquarters in Denver and a satellite office in Rifle, Colorado.

Previously our two companies operated as separate entities with shared ownership. Our 6 year old Recruiting Company merged with our Field Services Company in December of 2007. This combined operation allows us to "cross-network" and be heavily connected in our industry. Our field team works closely with Engineers, Geoscientists, and Land Professionals who trust and confide in us when they might be open to new challenges and career opportunities. We currently employ over 30 people throughout the Rockies in various disciplines.

Our recruiting team has several decades of combined experience, building networks and screening talent to find the absolute best candidates for our valued client companies. We take our careers very seriously and spend all of our time representing a select group of clients. The fact that we choose to work with a shorter list of client companies means that we have a larger field of candidates and it allows our candidates to work with only the top companies in the industry.
