Our Focus 
Our goal is to fulfill our client's needs by offering the best possible output we can in a professional way, free of errors and on time. In essence, to help our clients do their jobs better. Our surveys are in strict compliance with the COGCC Rules, Colorado Revised Statutes (CRS), and the bylaws and policies of the State Board of Licensure for Architects, Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors. We pride ourselves in keeping to professional standards of practice.
Process
Once the client places an order for a survey, the information is entered into our system where we can track projects progress through the system. Next, we do the research. We check our GIS database for previous surveys and geodetic control; the COGCC for other well locations in the immediate area; as well as checking with the Colorado State Board for Monument Record Forms on section corners. Our field personnel then take this information and perform the required field locations and surveying needed to give our AutoCAD technicians the information needed for drafting the well certifications. After the certifications are run through three different check processes, the Professional Land Surveyor then signs and seals the certification and returns it to the administrative team for client notification and delivery.
